That's the whole thing. No configuration, no API key, no account needed. The map pulls live data directly from carrymaps.com, so it updates automatically whenever we update our data — you never have to touch it again.
How it works
- The widget loads as a sandboxed iframe — it can't conflict with your site's existing CSS or JavaScript
- It automatically resizes to fit its content, so you don't need to set a fixed height
- It's mobile-responsive out of the box
- Clicking a state opens a quick info panel; a "Full guide" link sends interested visitors to the complete state page on CarryMaps
- The small CarryMaps attribution link in the widget header and footer must remain visible — this is the only condition of free use
Terms of use
This widget is free to embed on any website. The only condition: the CarryMaps attribution links (in the widget header and footer) must remain visible and unmodified — no hiding them with CSS, cropping them out of the iframe, or otherwise obscuring them. Beyond that, embed it wherever you like, no permission needed.
